UNITY DAY – October 22nd
WLC went ORANGE !

Unity Day is the signature event of National Bullying Prevention Month. WLC students and staff participated in several Unity Day activities to promote awareness and show support to those who have been bullied.   On October 22nd a school-wide assembly was held and guest speaker Chris Poulos, world champion stunt bike rider from Rhode Island presented “Get The Most From Your Teenage Years: A Formula For Extreme Success”.  Chris kept the students engaged with his eye-popping stunts; simultaneously sharing his personal and engaging stories that illustrated key points on a wide range of topics.
