Welcome Back - Class of 2012
Written by Mrs. Ballou

Dear Parents and Students:

In just over a week school begins and you are now JUNIORS – congratulations.   We have lots of exciting things to look forward to this year as a class.

1. Parking – registration forms for student parking will be available at lunches during the first 3 days of school.  Parking spaces will be assigned on a first come first served basis, with Seniors getting priority followed by Juniors, then Sophomores.  Forms need to be completed and returned by Sept. 2nd – spots will be assigned as forms are returned and all students will be required to park in assigned spots beginning Tuesday Sept. 7th.  Any car
unregistered and parked after 9/7 will be given one warning and then subjected
to towing.   Permit stickers are $1.00.

2. All your class dues are required to be paid before parking permits can be issued.   There is a $5.00 per year late fee for class dues.  Freshman dues $25.00, Sophomore dues $35.00.  Junior dues are $45.00 and must be paid by the end of 1st quarter – parking privileges will be revoked and space  may be given to waiting students.

3. The Junior class will be selling Yankee Candles beginning the first week of October – this is a great fundraiser for the class.

4. Other fundraising activities will be determined by the class at our first class meeting on August 26th.  Fundraising dates will be submitted at the annual Summit Meeting on September 13th .

5. Our big event – Prom – Friday, May 13th.   This will require lots of planning and ideas.  Bring your theme ideas to the first class meeting.

See you all on Wednesday,  August 25th.
