Concessions stand revenue is still being collected as WLC is still hosting basketball games. Concessions stand fundraising $ will be sent to Educational Tours when the concessions stand schedule is complete.

We understand that this is AFTER Educational Tours sends out the final invoice.  Please pay your balance.

When Educational Tours receives the fundraising money for the concessions stand, and this creates a positive balance, ET will send that credit directly to you.

Ms. Morshed and I greatly appreciate your patience with this situation.  We cannot disperse concessions stand money to students until after all games are complete.  I do apologize that I informed you in the earlier email that this would occur in late January/early February.

Unfortunately, several games were rescheduled and postponed until late February.  If we were to disperse money now, it would not truly reflect the amount earned and we want the students to get as much money as possible!
