The peer mediation program is formed each year from students in the Middle School. These students are trained in the peer mediation process. They help their peers resolve conflicts as they come up throughout the school year. They gain valuable skills in problem solving, communication and listening. Mr. Tautenhan is the coordinator for this program and meets with these students throughout the year to discuss conflicts that come up, run mock mediations and usually take a field trip or two throughout the year.
